Return Eligibility

Returns must be made within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused, in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Shipping, Promotions, and Fees

Shipping fees, taxes, customs duties, and import charges are non-refundable.

If your order included a promotional offer (e.g., free shipping), the value of that promotion will be deducted from your refund if applicable.
U.S. Returns
You may return items using any shipping method of your choice at your expense. We recommend using a trackable and insured service, as GloGang Worldwide is not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.

International Returns
International returns must also be made within 30 calendar days of receiving your order. Use a trackable and insured shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost international return shipments.
